Transportation
Participants are responsible for arranging and financing their air and ground transportation to the event. We recommend booking your flights well in advance to secure the best rates and ensure that your travel plans allow attendance for the entire program.
The nearest airport to the venue, HUALUXE Chongqing Science Hall, is Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport (CKG), located approximately 30–40 minutes away by car, depending on traffic conditions.
Ground Transportation Options from the Airport
- Taxi: Official airport taxis are available 24 hours a day. After collecting your luggage, follow the signs for Ground Transportation or Taxi. The taxi stand is located outside the Arrival Hall on the ground level of Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. The ride to the hotel takes about 30–40 minutes and costs approximately ¥60–80. Most taxis in Chongqing accept cash or local mobile payment apps (e.g., WeChat Pay or Alipay).
- DiDi (Ride-Hailing App): DiDi is a widely used ride-hailing app in China and a convenient alternative to taxis. After collecting your luggage, follow airport signs for the ride-hailing pick-up area at your terminal.
- Terminal 2: The designated ride‑hailing zone is immediately outside the Domestic Arrivals, near Exit 3 or 6, just across the pedestrian crossing and to the right.
- Terminal 3A: Head to the B1 level of the parking garage (one level below the arrivals hall). Signs will direct you to the “App‑based Ride Zone.”
Meals
Meals will be provided throughout Thursday, November 6, including scheduled breaks, lunch, and an evening reception.
