Next Generation of Leaders: 2025 IPC Fellows Transition to Jr. Councilors

Six people stand side by side in business attire, smiling at the camera. Behind them, a banner reads IPC International Council 2025 Think Tank Puerto Rico, focused on Psoriasis in Latin America, with colorful designs and sunlight filtering through curtains.

At the conclusion of their fellowship, the 2025 cohort of International Psoriasis Council (IPC) Fellows were welcomed as IPC Jr. Councilors at the 2025 IPC Think Tank in Puerto Rico. This transition reflects their contributions during the program and IPC’s continued investment in developing future leaders in psoriasis research and care.

During the fellowship, the group contributed to IPC initiatives, participated in international collaboration, and worked across clinical research and education. Their work included research on comorbid cardiometabolic disease, artificial intelligence in treatment decision-making, and psoriasis epidemiology, as well as clinical training in specialized psoriasis clinics and multidisciplinary care settings. Fellows also participated in co-mentoring groups focused on pediatric psoriasis, comorbidities, and complex cases, working with IPC faculty.

As Jr. Councilors, they will take on a more active role within IPC, contributing to discussions, supporting educational activities, and participating in future IPC initiatives.

We recognize the following individuals for this achievement: Malin Assarsson, Nicholas Brownstone, Dina ElDisouki, Jennifer Lavina Ngo, Ravi Ramessur, Doriane Sabushimike, and Ralph Vighi da Rosa.
