The 2025 IPC International Fellows spent the past year actively engaged in IPC’s global community, advancing their education through mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on learning in psoriasis care. Through virtual programming and in-person engagement with leading international experts, Fellows expanded their clinical perspectives and strengthened cross-regional connections. In this blog, get to know the members of the 2025 cohort, including their reflections and key takeaways captured during the 2025 IPC Think Tank Meeting. IPC is proud to recognize these early-career dermatologists and researchers for their commitment to collaboration, lifelong learning, and improving care for people living with psoriasis.
Dr. Jennifer Lavina Ngo is a dermatologist, educator, and researcher at Rizal Medical Center in Pasig, Philippines. As an IPC Research Fellow, she trained with IPC Councilor Curdin Conrad at the University Hospital of Lausanne in Switzerland and attended the ESDR Annual Meeting in Antwerp and the EADV Congress in Paris. Her ongoing interests include immunodermatology, personalized medicine, advanced therapeutics, clinical trials, and real-world evidence.

He trained with IPC Board Member Joel Gelfand at the University of Pennsylvania. He attended the World Congress of Pediatric Dermatology (WCPD) in Buenos Aires, as well as the AAD Annual Meeting and the 2025 EADV Congress. Dr. Ramessur remains focused on equitable access to advanced therapies and integrating global best practices into UK care models.

She attended the ESDR Annual Meeting in Antwerp and the EADV Congress in Paris.
Dr. Ralph Vighi da Rosa is Chair Professor of Dermatology at Pelotas Catholic University in Brazil, where he leads a patch testing extension project and co-directs the Academic Dermatology League. He trained with IPC Councilor Paolo Gisondi at the University of Verona and attended the EADV Congress in Paris. His work focuses on reducing the disease burden of psoriasis by addressing gaps in foundational knowledge among primary care physicians.
The IPC and our 2025 Fellows are grateful to this year’s International Fellowship Program Sponsors, Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), and Johnson and Johnson (J&J). Their commitment enables IPC Fellows to engage in high-impact learning experiences, collaborate with leading experts in psoriasis, and further develop their research and clinical expertise. Thank you for playing a vital role in advancing IPC’s mission and supporting the next generation of global leaders in psoriasis care.
