Dr. Mark G. Lebwohl is a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Dermatology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, New York. Dr. Lebwohl earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. He completed residencies in internal medicine and dermatology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. In addition to his active involvement in clinical trials of many new dermatologic treatments, Dr. Lebwohl has served as president of the New York Dermatological Society, the Manhattan Dermatologic Society, and the New York State Society of Dermatology and as chairman of the Dermatology Section of the New York Academy of Medicine. He has also served as chairman of the Psoriasis Task Force of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and has directed the AAD’s annual Psoriasis Symposium, Diagnostic Update Symposium, and Therapeutics Symposium. He was a member of the Scientific Assembly Council and chaired Academy 2001.
