IPC is offering a $500 travel stipend to cover participant’s air and ground transportation to the event. Reimbursement details will be sent following the event and will require full participation.
We recommend booking your flights well in advance to secure the best rates and ensure that your travel plans allow attendance for the entire program.
The nearest airport to the venue, Luxor Hotel and Casino, is the Harry Reid International Airport (LAS).
Ground
The estimated travel time from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to Luxor Hotel and Casino is 10 to 15 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions.
Transportation Options and Estimated Costs:
- Taxis are readily available outside airport terminals 1 and 3. The estimated cost for a one-way trip from Harry Reid International Airport to Luxor Hotel and Casino is around $15 to $25, excluding tips and tolls.
- Popular rideshare services like Uber and Lyft operate at Harry Reid International Airport. The estimated one-way fare to Luxor Hotel and Casino ranges from $20 to $30, excluding tips and tolls, depending on demand and distance. Designated rideshare passenger pickup locations are:
- Terminal 1 on Level 2 of the parking garage – from Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 2 up to Level 2. Cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage. The pickup area is to the right.
- Terminal 3 on the Valet Level of the parking garage – from Baggage Claim, take the elevator near Door 52, 54, or 56 up to Level 1. Cross the pedestrian bridge to the parking garage, then take the elevator or stairs to Valet Level.
