Dr. Colby Evans is a dermatologist from Austin, Texas, United States, and a dermatology lecturer and writer. He has been published in multiple peer-reviewed journals, including the New England Journal of Medicine, the Journal of The American Academy of Dermatology, and the American Journal of Managed Care. Dr. Evans co-authored Skin Diseases in the Elderly, a medical textbook that has been translated into several languages. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and previously served as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the National Psoriasis Foundation. A native Texan, Dr. Evans completed his medical degree and residency in dermatology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He then completed a Clinical Fellowship at the St. John’s Institute of Dermatology in London, United Kingdom. His focuses of expertise include psoriasis, patient advocacy, and the financial aspects of caring for psoriatic disease.
