Dr. Victoria R. Patiño-Guillano is a board-certified Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist, currently serving as Dean and Professor at the School of Medicine, University of Southeastern Philippines. She is a Regional Health Research and Development Consortium (RHRDC) Region XI – Davao member. At the Southern Philippines Medical Center, Dr. Patiño-Guillano holds the role of Psoriasis Core Consultant, where she mentors residents and students conducting research in psoriasis. She also directs the Philippines division of the Asian Society for Psoriasis and chairs the Dermatology Section at Davao Regional Medical Center. Dr. Patiño-Guillano additionally serves as co-chair of the Ethics Committee at the Dermatopathology Society of the Philippines-Philippine Dermatological Society. Since 2015, she has presided over the Psoriasis Foundation of the Philippines, overseeing initiatives such as the Psoriasis registry and Psoriasis-Health Innovation project, dedicated to patient education, treatment advancements, and advocacy efforts.
