Dr. César González is a board-certified dermatologist who strongly focuses on psoriasis research and education. Certified in Dermatology since 2005, he is an active member of the Colombian Association of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD).

Dr. González has held several leadership roles, including Secretary of the Colombian Association of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery (2008–2010), President of the Latin American Society of Psoriasis (SOLAPSO), and Founding Member of the Colombian Psoriasis Group (CoLPsor). He is also a Councilor of the International Psoriasis Council (IPC).

A recognized speaker at international dermatology meetings, Dr. González was President of the 2017 Annual Meeting of Latin American Dermatologists (RADLA) in Bogotá. He currently serves as President of the Sinmelasma International Society of Melasma.
