Dr. Yifan Hu is an accomplished dermatologist specializing in inflammatory skin diseases, with a distinguished focus on psoriasis. She graduated with a Doctor of Clinical Medicine degree from Tongji University, where she received the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation award. As an Attending Physician at Shanghai Dermatology Hospital, she manages a high-volume clinical practice dedicated to patients with complex psoriasis and leads innovative clinical research in this field. Dr. Hu serves as Principal Investigator of a National Natural Science Foundation of China Young Scientist Grant and has made significant contributions as a key team member in multiple national program projects. Her research has been published in several international journals. With extensive experience in clinical trials, Dr. Hu has acted as a sub-investigator in several international and domestic drug clinical trials for psoriasis and related conditions. Dr. Hu currently serves as an Assistant Editor for the International Journal of Dermatology and Venereology and has played an active role in academic development, co-authoring national clinical guidelines and contributing to authoritative textbooks in dermatology. Through the IPC International Fellowship Program, Dr. Hu aims to deepen her expertise, collaborate with global leaders, and lead projects focused on psoriasis, with the goal of improving patient outcomes both nationally and globally.

Dr. Hu will study with IPC Councilor Hazel Oon at the National Skin Centre in Singapore.
