Dr. Yael Leshem is a dermatologist and clinician-scientist specializing in chronic inflammatory skin diseases. She serves as the Director of the Atopic Dermatitis Clinic at the Division of Dermatology in Rabin Medical Center. She is a Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Leshem is dedicated to high-quality patient care, innovative treatments, and the advancement of education and research in dermatology. Her research focuses on the epidemiology and outcome measurement of atopic dermatitis. She is a principal investigator in clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies and has authored many publications in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Leshem is a member of the board of directors of the International Eczema Council (IEC) and serves on the executive committee of the Harmonizing Outcome Measures for Eczema (HOME) initiative, both global organizations dedicated to improving research quality and patient care in atopic dermatitis.
