Dr. Towhida Noor is a consultant dermatologist and Scientific Secretary of the Psoriasis Awareness Club in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Her work focuses on the psychological impact of psoriasis, including quality of life assessments and psoriasis in high-impact sites and enthesitis. She also coordinates a multi-center digital data collection project for psoriasis patients and leads training programs for primary healthcare providers to improve early detection and management of the disease.

Dr. Noor is actively engaged in clinical research, particularly in treatment adherence, comorbidity management, nail and pediatric psoriasis, phototherapy, and other inflammatory dermatoses. She has presented her research at national and international conferences and has published 14 papers, including nine original articles.

In recognition of her contributions to dermatology, Dr. Noor received the ‘Young Dermatologist’ award from the Bangladesh Academy of Dermatology in 2019 and was awarded the Rising Star scholarship to attend the World Congress of Dermatology (WCD) in Milan the same year. She also received the Imrich Sarkany Memorial Non-European Scholarship from the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV).

Dr. Noor studied with IPC Councilor Peter Foley at the Skin Health Institute, Fitzroy, Australia.
