Nicora has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years. Since 2007, she has focused her career on healthcare nonprofits, including over 10 years working on psoriasis-related education and outreach programs. Upon completion of her Master of Social Work (MSW), she spent four years at the National Psoriasis Foundation in health education and outreach. From there she spent five years with Legacy Health, a healthcare delivery system in Portland, Oregon, as a Marketing and Health Education Specialist. Prior to her graduate education, Nicora served as a Community Health Volunteer with the Peace Corps, promoting health education at a women’s hospital in western Mongolia, and in various other positions with nonprofit organizations. She earned her MSW degree from the University of Washington and currently resides in Bend, Oregon. Nicora joined IPC in November 2015 as the Corporate Relations Coordinator and currently serves as the Director of Programs.
