Dr. Evan Rieder is one of three American physicians to be dual board-certified in dermatology and psychiatry. He practices boutique dermatology in Manhattan, has published extensively in dermatology and psychiatry literature, and is an editor of two textbooks on cosmetic dermatology. He is frequently called upon by the scientific community and the popular media to educate his peers and the general public on the intersection of psychiatry, beauty, and dermatology. Before going into private practice, Dr. Rieder was a professor of dermatology at New York University (NYU), teaching dermatologists in training advanced cosmetic procedures.
