Professor Brian Kirby is a Consultant Dermatologist at St. Vincent’s University Hospital and a Full Clinical Professor at University College Dublin, Ireland. His clinical and research interests include psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa. Professor Kirby has more than 170 Medline quoted publications, the majority of which are on psoriasis. He is co-author with Professor David Burden of the chapter on Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis in the Rook Book 9th Edition. Professor Kirby is a member of the British Association of Dermatologists Biologics Registry Steering Committee, the International Psoriasis Council, the Board of the Charles Institute of Dermatology, and the Irish Skin Foundation. He is an associate editor of a number of journals including the British Journal of Dermatology.
