Dr. Tsen-Fang Tsai is a Professor and Head of the Department of Dermatology at the National Taiwan University Hospital. He founded the Taiwanese Association for Psoriasis and Skin Immunology (TAPSI) in 2019, the first academic association for physicians and scientists with a special interest in psoriasis in Taiwan. Dr. Tsai served as the Editor-in-Chief of Dermatologica Sinica, an SCI journal, from 2000 to 2007 and is currently an editorial member of the American Journal of Clinical Dermatology, Dermatology and Therapy, Dermatologic Therapy, etc.

Dr. Tsai has authored more than 450 peer-reviewed publications covering a wide range of topics in dermatology and has led international clinical trials in psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis for more than 25 years.
