Dr. Bourcier completed his medical school at the University of Montreal. He obtained his MD in 1978. He did his postgraduate training in Montreal and obtained his fellowship in Dermatology in 1983. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology (1983). He is Assistant Professor in clinical teaching faculty of Medicine, Sherbrooke University. He was on the Board of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New-Brunswick for 9 years, and President of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New-Brunswick in 2006. He works as a community Dermatologist in Moncton, N.B. since 1984. He is author or co-author of several publications. He has been involved in clinical research in Dermatology for the past 22 years and has great interest in CME.
