Dr. Adam I. Rubin is Director of the Section of Dermatopathology at New York University (NYU) Grossman School of Medicine and NYU Langone Health, where he also directs the Nail Clinic, seeing patients of all ages. He specializes in nail disorders, nail surgery, and nail unit histopathology. Dr. Rubin is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Cutaneous Pathology and lead editor of the 4th edition of Scher and Daniel’s Nails: Diagnosis, Therapy, Surgery. He has contributed to multiple editions of Lever’s Histopathology of the Skin and serves on editorial boards for several dermatology journals. Dr. Rubin is President of the Council for Nail Disorders, a Board Member of the European Nail Society, and directs the annual European Nail Society Nail Histopathology Workshop. He is also a Member-at-Large of the Board of Directors of the American Society of Dermatopathology. He is also a delegate to the AMA House of Delegates from the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD).
