Dr. Marijana Vičić is a dermatologist at the Clinical Hospital Center of Rijeka, Croatia, and an assistant professor of dermatology at the University of Rijeka School of Medicine. She obtained her PhD in clinical medical sciences, with research focused on cytotoxic mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of psoriasis and lichen planus. As a 2019 IPC Fellow, Dr. Vičić trained with IPC Councilor Professor Diamant Thaçi at the Comprehensive Center for Inflammation Medicine, University of Lübeck, Germany, and attended the World Congress of Dermatology (WCD) in Milan, Italy. During her fellowship, she observed clinical studies, participated in case presentations, and gained experience in the management of inflammatory skin diseases. She is currently pursuing a subspecialty in pediatric dermatology.
